Great product, the effect is clearly felt and does what it promises. Only the charged one has caffeine, so can drink the caffeine free one at evening as well.
I know that there have been some shipping challenges at the beginning of the year but those were fixed, got my product in 3 business days in Christmas period.
The customer service is also knowledgeable and friendly, answered to my email in less than 24 business hours.
I love it that the company is focuses on the customers, regardless of the marketing model it adopted.

The product has been pretty good to me, that's why is such a shame that bunch of hopeless people work in this business.
They sent me a check with part of my surname missing even if I did the KYC.

This is a MLM scheme. Supplementing with synthetic ketones leads to expensive urine and that is it. The high amounts of caffeine in it do of course give you "energy"..The ketones though...you wee them straight out, they never reach your bloodstream. Your body creates its own ketones when it is under stress because it has no carbohydrates (sugars) to use for energy, this is achieved by the keto diet. Somebody though is clearly getting very rich scamming those with very basic if no scientific knowledge.

Amazing product, would recommend to anyone looking to get a headstart on the Keto diet. I do think the shipping and website could be improved, I guess the logistics may have been impacted by Covid / Brexit?

So far so good .. I have recently started with ketones . They give me a burst of energy that assist , especially with my workouts . I plan on continuing to use the product.

The product is incredible but the company & service is shockingly bad.

I love the ketones and they work brilliantly but you get charged £5 for shipping (4-5 days) but it takes 11-15 days to get your product. If you email them, (as you cannot call them) you don’t get a reply. Also there is no shipping or tracking information in the back end log in account.

If they invested in their infrastructure, logistics & customer service, they would have a fantastic brand. Unfortunately it’s currently far from that.

So I been waiting a 2 weeks for my refund!

Even if you post the items back they hog your money.

I feel totally robbed by these people.
They cost me 250 pounds for nothing but stress.

i tried Pruvit it works amazing but the customer service is appalling i ran out so i tried to buy more online the website is useless then i sent 10 emails and only received a reply after 6 days then i see they took money again and then i get text saying we dont have in stock what i needed so it will take 2 more weeks after another 10 emails i was told they will refund me The company product works but there customer service are useless they will lose money like that with their lazy attitude

I have tons of energy that I didn't have before.

Horrible customer service. Bunch of snowflakes from the me generation who congratulated themselves for finally resending my products but never once offered anything to make sure the customer was satisfied
